Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was purchased. Rides from the store and back are excluded from this policy only if no damage occurs.

Veloomi does not offer refunds for a change of mind or if a customer refuses replacement of any faulty electrical components.

Veloomi stocks well-known quality brands and our warranty policy is based on the manufacturer’s policy, in general a warranty period of  two years on electrical components, five years on the frame and one year on consumable parts.

Warranty does not include general wear and tear or any damage caused by the customer. Veloomi has a Melbourne workshop for electrical repairs and will be more than happy to repair bikes locally. If the repairs are deemed under warranty there will be no charge. General bike maintenance such as brake or gear adjustments do not fall under warranty.
